Software QA Analyst (Washington, DC)

If so, this is your opportunity to work on industry-leading applications, in a position where your efforts can make a difference to millions of lives.  We're looking for a person with some previous QA experience, or experience using our tools as a client, to help us ensure we only release high-quality software.


  • Design test plans for the application that could be used for manual or automated testing
  • Execute test plans and document the results of test execution
  • Maintain, improve and review existing test plans created by other QA member
  • Work closely with your Scrum team to identify test cases, edge cases and regression items
  • Identify and troubleshoot bugs while providing reports with clear steps to recreate issues
  • Provide ad-hoc testing to help identity the root cause of bugs
  • Provide triage support for periodic Automation test failures
  • Ensure that we're delivering a great, bug-free user experience for our users

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous QA experience, OR
  • At least 3 months experience using NGP, VAN, or EveryAction applications

What We're Looking For

You don't have to fit every bullet on this list, but if you don't fit any of them, this probably isn't the right job for you.

  • Prior experience with NGP, VAN, or EveryAction software
  • Prior experience providing quality assurance for software products
  • Experience with software automation products (QTP/UFT, Selenium, etc)
  • Experience with test plan management software (TestRail, Practitest, etc)
  • Any experience programming
