Channel Sales Project and Event Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing and Partner team.

This person will be responsible for planning and managing joint partner marketing plans and partner enablement programs. They will work with EveryAction partners to identify opportunities for co-marketing and coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute programs, with the goal of generating pipeline for the Sales organization.

They will coordinate Partner efforts, supervise in making presentations, and run product training to partners as needed. Moreover, they will build and maintain positive and productive relationships with partners.

Primary job responsibilities:


  • Schedule, plan, and host co-marketed partner events such as webinars, co-hosted roundtables, happy hours, etc. in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Recruit and liaise with external thought leaders involved in marketing-led events
  • Schedule, plan, and coordinate written external thought leader content on EveryAction's blog, resource area, and other e-content.
  • Project manage the production of Channel Sales marketing collateral and co-branded marketing collateral

Channel Enablement

  • Convert existing sales enablement materials into channel sales enablement materials.
  • Project manage and co-lead enablement trainings for channel partners
  • Manage content within the Partner Portal
  • Manage online partner communities and discussion forums
