Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator

EveryAction (the nonprofit-focused arm of NGP VAN) is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our team as our Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator.  For almost two decades NGP VAN has been providing world class tools to campaigns and political organizations around the country and we’re now bringing our expertise in integrated communication and fundraising platforms to nonprofits or all sizes.

What you’ll do:

As a Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator, you will be based in our DC office and be responsible for hiring and managing the onboarding and training schedule for our growing EveryAction sales team.

What we’re looking for from you:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience working in campaigns or nonprofits
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
  • Experience hiring and being a part of the interview process
  • Innovative and highly organized, you love to find the most efficient way to work
  • Enjoys networking and creating new relationships
  • Able to assess people’s interests and evaluate their skills 
  • A strong curiosity or understanding of the SaaS (software as a service) industry
  • A passion for problem solving, project management, logistics, and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and pay extreme attention to detail
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills
  • Willing to be flexible and adopt within a growing company and changing environment.
