VP of Marketing

Who we are looking for:

EveryAction seeks a hands-on, energetic, and creative Vice President of Marketing with a proven track record of driving profit through multi-channel customer acquisition strategies. Candidate should have 10+ years’ experience successfully managing and scaling marketing teams for growing SaaS based companies. This is a highly cross-functional role: by liaising closely with our Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Executive team, this role will evaluate and prioritize where and how marketing will be able to contribute and scale awareness and understanding of our products and larger narratives. Additionally, candidates should have 10+ years of marketing experience, with deep knowledge of multi-channel marketing, funnel marketing, and regional markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute strategy on company marketing initiatives that contribute to our aggressive growth goals, including demand generation, content marketing, SEO, digital ads, product marketing, email marketing, PR, events, and brand development
  • Manage and mentor a team of six+ marketing strategists
  • Oversee go-to-market campaigns and work closely with product, client services, sales, and executive team members on strategy and execution
  • Report on all marketing metrics and work with company leadership to establish clear goals

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience successfully managing and scaling marketing teams for growing SaaS based companies, experience with inbound a plus
  • Data driven with deep expertise in running metric-based marketing campaigns that are integrated with sales
  • Highly proficient in utilizing and leveraging HubSpot or equivalent inbound marketing software
  • Experience employing creative tactics for nontraditional markets, such as nonprofits and political organizations
  • Demonstrated interest in the nonprofit and progressive tech industry
  • Experience recruiting, managing, and working alongside diverse staff
  • Demonstrated track record of building unique brands that stand out in crowded marketplaces
