Campaign Marketing Manager

EveryAction is looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. or Somerville, MA. As a member of the Marketing team, you will develop, implement, and manage data-driven marketing campaigns that generate interest across all stages of the buyer’s journey. You will be part of a collaborative team that cares as much about each other’s success as our own. 


Originating and executing integrated, data-driven Demand Generation campaigns, including the following tactics: 

  • Email series and nurture flows 
  • Direct mail  
  • Social media 
  • Events 
  • Website and landing pages 
  • Content such as blog posts, ebooks, and webinars 
  • Paid media 
  • Coordinating with Sales & Marketing Operations to ensure smooth lead flow, performance tracking, and lead follow up. 
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign performance in aggregate and by channels. 
  • Partnering with Sales on enablement and support materials, including slides, talking points, and collateral. 
  • Coordinating creation of campaign assets across customer journey. Evaluate effectiveness of deliverables and drive continued improvement. 
  • Developing and implementing A/B testing strategies to drive optimization and improvement across campaigns and channels 

Job Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of relevant campaign management experience, including B2B SaaS marketing. 
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing attribution, with the ability to report on campaign success and identify what’s not working. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate with a wide array of stakeholders. 
  • Facility using data to develop effective strategies for segmentation, optimizing conversion, budget allocation, and other campaign elements.  
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs. Marketo experience a plus. 
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and industry best practices and ability to implement across programs. 
  • Knowledge of nonprofit market and fundraising a plus.  
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, yet relaxed, team environment. 
  • Sense of curiosity and desire to keep learning. 
  • Drive to make the world a better place.
