We’re looking for an expert in email deliverability to lead and grow our deliverability practice, help develop our email marketing product suite and work closely with our vendors, partners, and clients to deliver an industry-leading deliverability experience. We work with thousands of organizations that send billions of emails every month, including nonprofit organizations, social good groups, and Democratic political campaigns.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement our enterprise deliverability strategy
Manage our email deliverability team
Work with clients throughout the sales, onboarding and launch process
Oversee IP and domain allocation across our email marketing products
Manage traffic segmentation
Develop and work with clients to deploy warm-up plans for new clients
Build and maintain relationships with leading email providers
Work with our Product team to develop our email marketing tools and act as a technical deliverability leader
5+ years of experience managing an email deliverability team
8+ years working in the email deliverability space
Strong technical background in email deliverability and MTA technology
Advanced understanding of anti-spam laws like CAN-SPAM, CASL and GDPR
Expert in authentication standards including SPF, DKIM and DMARC
Active in industry groups like M3AAWG
Familiarity with Sparkpost and/or Momentum MTA
Experience working with nonprofits or political campaigns, particularly as it relates to email-based fundraising
