Marketing and Events Coordinator

Day to Day:


EveryAction is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our team as the Marketing and Events Coordinator. This individual will provide expert project management skills in support of trade shows and marketing initiatives.



  • Manage end to end process of trade shows, webinars, prospecting events, company sponsored events, field marketing workshops, and the like
  • Serve as project manager for all events including deliverables, schedules, materials delivery, and vendor management
  • Organize and manage promotional items and marketing materials inventory
  • Create regular performance reports for events and other marketing efforts
  • Provide ongoing support and coordination of various daily marketing activities including materials production and dissemination, as well as campaign management


  • 2+ years of marketing or project management experience
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Excellent project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • B.A. in marketing or related field
